Refund policy

 

Corgi Craze merchandise is sourced thru Printify, a print-on-demand (POD) company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. If returns/exchanges are granted, on individual basis, the customer is responsible for shipping & handling charges and a $4.00 restocking fee per item. 

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement if you contact Printify within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with their team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
